If you have to change or cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. You can contact us by e-mail, phone or fax. All of changes or cancellation of booking for individuals or small groups are free of charge if they are made at least 3 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel your hotel reservation within 3 days before arrival, the hotel deducts the cost of the first night from your credit card.
Payment and Credit card guarantee
We will not charge your credit card. Your credit card information is only required to guarantee your booking. You will pay your stay at the hotel. Your credit card information is send to us through a secure server. Be assured that we use a secure server to encrypt and protect all personal and credit card details, we guarantee that is 100% safe. (The only case the hotel will charge your credit card is in case of not showing up, or cancellation received later than 3 days before your arrival. Almost it is the cost of the first night.)

If you don´t own a credit card, you can pay the first night of your stay by bank transfer – it will be a guarantee instead of your credit card information. In this case you have to add 5% to the first-night-price to cover the bank fees
If you prefer to pay the total price in advance by bank transfer, it is possible as well, you have to add also 5% for covering the bank fees.

Do I have to pay any additional charge for my reservation?
No, your booking is free of charge.
Why do you need my credit card number?
All Prague´s hotels accept only reservations guaranteed by credit card. Your credit card will not be charged. It is used only for your reservation. One night will be charged only in case of not showing or late cancellation.
How can I know that the hotel room has been booked?
If you fill the hotel form, we will check the availability, you will confirm your arrival by credit card and we will send you a voucher for your hotel. If your hotel is fully booked we will suggest another hotel of the same rating.
How can I get from the airport to my hotel?
1) At the airport there is a city bus n. 119 going to the terminus of the metro line A. One ticket costs 20,- CZK and you can change lines several times in 1 hour.
2) You can use our private transfer: our driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrival hall, he will have a paper with your name. It costs 600,- CZK and it is the fastes and the most comfortable way how to reach any hotel.
Can I pay at my hotel or in a restaurant with my credit card?
Of course, most of Prague´s hotels and restaurants accept credit cards.
If I book any private guided tour, can I have it in my language?
Of course, please let us know your preferred language and we will try to find a guide for your.
What do I have to do if I need to cancel my booking?
You have to contact us as soon as possible. If it is at least 3 days before arrival, it will be very easy, we will cancel your reservation with no charging. If it is less than 2 days, you have to pay the first night rate.
